Ratification of the tentative SEBAC and bargaining unit agreements begins this week for many of our Council 4 bargaining units. Don’t forget to vote and check the Council 4 calendar for a schedule of your own local union’s voting times and locations.
More than 250 State workers came together this past weekend for a "Question & Answer" session on SEBAC's tentative agreement to save jobs and benefits. For those who missed it, we've uploaded video of the full session at the InThisTogetherCT.org website.
Union members submitted more than 60 questions on the agreement and the ratification process. Watch chief negotiator for SEBAC Dan Livingston and Health Care Cost Containment Committee SEBAC chair Bob Krzys provide the answers needed to cast an informed ballot.
