Select the state in which you live from the dropdown menu below and click "GO". You can then enter the information required by your state to register to vote. Once you have entered the required information, you will be able to print and mail your voter registration application (requires Adobe Acrobat).

Note: Residents of North Dakota and Wyoming are not permitted to use this form. New Hampshire town and city clerks will accept this application only as a request for their own mail-in absentee voter registration form.
