Local 391 Recognizes Two of Their Own
Edward Moylan & Mark Glenn

Connecticut State Prison Employees Union AFSCME Local 391 recognizes both Edward (Eddie) Moylan and Mark Glenn for many years of service and dedication to the Men and Women of AFSCME Local 391, and for their 20+ years of service with the Department of Correction.

Besides serving on the Local 391 Executive Board, Mark Glenn is probably best recognized for his accomplishments as chair of the Shelley Vogel Memorial Scholarship. Eddie Moylan, also an Executive Board Member, has overseen the children’s activities at the annual summer celebration and has coordinated the Children’s Holiday Party for the past several years. Indeed, they have both contributed immensely to this Union in many avenues during their tenure, and for that we are most thankful.

In recognition of their many achievements, both Eddie Moylan and Mark Glenn received thank you/congratulations letters from President Jon T. Pepe, as well as plaques.
