Marie & Carlos DeSousa

Both Marie DeSousa, E-Board Member of Local 391; and her husband Carlos were recently recognized as "Citizens of the Year" for the town of East Windsor. They are pictured at right receiving a certificate during a dinner that was held specifically in their honor on April 28th at the LaNotte in East Windsor, Connecticut. During the course of the evening both Correctional Employees were credited from many Public Officials for being two very caring and pro-active members on numerous committees with a wide range of purpose and function.
