SB 94 - STATE CONTRACTING REFORM

Call Governor M. Jodi Rell immediately and tell her to sign into law, SB 2101, An Act Concerning Reform of the State Contracting Process. The bill is expected to reach her desk the week of Nov. 7, 2005.

SB 2101 is the clean contracting bill that would halt corrupt privatization and protect taxpayers. Gov. Rell has threatened a veto of the legislation, which passed both chambers of the General Assembly in October.
